These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of convirs.com (the "Site"), operated by Convirs ("Convirs," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 864 Highway 60, Suite B, Monett, Missouri. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

If you hire Convirs for website design, advertising management, SEO, custom software, or any other service, that work is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement between you and Convirs. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Barry County or Greene County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
