Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer your question or run your marketing, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Convirs ("Convirs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit convirs.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. Convirs is a digital marketing agency located at 864 Highway 60, Suite B, Monett, Missouri.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our Site, book a call, or call or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you're looking for.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the website or ad that referred you to us.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels and tracking tags) to understand how the Site is used and to measure our advertising. Specifically, we use:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — to see how many people visit the Site, which pages they read, and how they found us. This helps us improve the Site.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags — to measure whether our ads are working and, in some cases, to show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site.

These tools may set cookies in your browser and share information with Google and Meta, who process it under their own privacy policies. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and Meta's at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Your choices about tracking

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block or delete them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and adjust ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com and in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to respond to those signals, so our Site does not respond to them.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and schedule or hold consultations
  • Provide, manage, and improve the services you hire us for
  • Send you proposals, invoices, reports, and service-related messages
  • Send occasional marketing emails, if you've agreed to receive them
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance
  • Measure and improve our own advertising
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems
  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations

Phone Calls and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or your account. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing calls by telling us. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. We use third-party vendors to run our business — for example, website hosting, our CRM and scheduling system, email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms. They may access your information only to perform work for us.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms. As described above, Google and Meta receive certain Site usage information through their tags.
  • With your direction. If we manage advertising accounts, listings, or a website on your behalf, we share information as needed to do that work.
  • Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or a valid government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. If Convirs is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep business records such as contracts and invoices for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to it and working with reputable vendors. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, subject to records we're required to keep
  • Stop sending you marketing emails, calls, or texts

Just call us at (417) 319-4950 or email us and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of where you live, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our Site links to other websites and includes embedded content such as a Google Map and an online scheduling tool. Those services are operated by other companies with their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the Site.
